Default Carbon Programming

Carbon Programming by Kevin Bricknell is pretty good for Carbon. It's MASSIVE and is an excellent resource. I think its an update to the Macintosh C tutorials at mactech.com.

O'Reilly/Apple put out Learning Carbon, I looked through it fairly extensively and its very short and focuses on project builder and some fairly basic stuff.

But both books use PB as IDE. I don't tink that there is a book on CodeWarrior around, at least I never saw one. :(
