Hi all,

I was wondering if there are other good discussion boards out there for general mac programming that you guys could recommend. I'm having difficulty locating very many.

Thanks!

Ah, I see you are running into the problem I had before I opened this site. (Thus the site was launched.) I am very suprised that Mac Tech doesn't have such a board. I think AmbrosiaSW has a message board so try them. You are on Apple's mailing lists right? Give a shot at CocoaDevCental too.

Try the news groups and the user groups on Yahoo as well. If you use METAL, TNT, FB or RB you will also find forums for those IDEs.

As a last resort, try Flipcode or GameDev, but be ready to defend your platform of choice.

I'm hoping by the end of the year we can push further into general programming to help fill that void. I think there is a real need and the cross-over would be good for iDevGames.

Cheers

Yes AmbrosiaSW's Just Tech (http://www.ambrosiasw.com/cgi-bin/ubb/forumdisplay.cgi?action=topics&forum=Just+Tech&number=64&DaysPrune=20&LastLogin=) and comp.sys.mac.programmer.help (http://groups.google.com/groups?hl=en&lr=&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&q=comp.sys.mac.programmer.help) are two options. But this message board does fair pretty well in comparison to them.

Cheers.
